If momma should lose the litter or not produce what the buyer is wanting, the buyer has Up to 2yrs to apply the deposit to a different puppy that has not already been reserved. All payments & Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Remainder of deposit due once puppy is selected . Amount due upon pick up in cash only. Price is based on several factors. Gender, type of registration Limited or full) size & coloring of puppy. Seller reserves the right to hold back any rare coloring puppy. Including but not limited to chocolate, sable, gold dust, jet black.

Any money sent in by payments or upon pick up, including deposits will go towards the purchase of Buyer’s puppy unless an emergency situation arises and puppy cannot be fully purchased by Buyer. In that case deposit can be used later towards a future litter.

Puppy will not be released to Buyer until puppy is paid in full by 10 weeks, unless another arrangement is made and agreed to by BREEDER/SELLER.

*Deposits or any money paid down is nonrefundable whatsoever, unless BREEDER determines that BREEDER cannot produce or provide the specifics desired by buyer within the period of time stated below.

Those specifics must be listed on this contract ahead of time to be the determining factors of any refunds and breeder must approve before any money is returned.

Deposits can always be transferrable to future litters or between litters or puppies not yet spoken for. Buyer will have 2 yrs from date of this deposit to find the right puppy.
