Puppies are routinely groomed with weekly updates to their new fur ever family! They also receive a free grooming within 6wks of picking up your fur baby! All puppies are given a written1yr health guarantee & purchase agreement contract. 30 days of health insurance from Trupanion. Prepaid AKC limited pet registration. As the health guarantee states, puppy needs to be examined by new owners vet within 3 days of pick up. Puppies are given age appropriate vaccinations. More will be needed as they age. As well as proper deworming (if needed) and probiotics (Forti flora) 

Description of various Yorkie colors, some are registered with AKC & some are not registered. The litter not registered (Luna) is of European descent. Her mom Lola was from the Czech Republic, Prague.

Available Puppies

  • Available puppies are posted under their mom’s name on the available puppy page. Please fill out an application for approval & availability. Once approved you can submit the deposit (half the price of the puppy) using code “downpayment” . All deposits are non refundable. But you will have up to 2yrs to complete a purchase.
